Kobi LPR app automatically detects and recognizes the vehicle license plate on the video stream of the IP camera in real time. The application supports the blacklist of numbers and it can send to Telegram notifications about the blacklist or all the results of recognized numbers. Also it send text report with snapshots to VMS or NVR.
